826 Boston opened its center in Roxbury's Egleston Square in January of 2008, and it serves mostly traditionally underserved students. 826 Boston offers two after-school tutoring programs during the school year: one at our center in Egleston Square that runs Monday through Thursday, and another at the Grove Hall Branch of the Boston Public Library that runs Mondays and Tuesdays. Both after-school programs serve students ages 6-18, and students receive help with homework, reading, and writing, as well as opportunities to publish their work.
